Walks by foot
Preikestolen and Kjerag must be experienced while you are here. Try also our nice local experiences.
We have made a bouquet of exciting local trips for you. You can walk at Jærens kilometers long sandy beaches, or in the cultural landscapes. Visit different natural attractions and nature areas. Take hikes in the moors and follow old paths. And the best part – you do not make it in a queue!

Sandy beaches at Jæren
Jæren has a lot of sandy beaches. From small intimitate beaches in between rocks in the south, to wide beaches of several kilometres. It is always worthwile to visit the beaches, both in summerseason or on a windy day in autumn or winter. Find a beach in the list and go on a safari!
Bicycle trips
In the flat landscape of Jæren you fast and easily come around. Try also a bicycle trip to our neighboring region Dalane in the south. With our trip guides you find the routes, attractions on the trip and distance.
Local food from farms
